Rajasthan Jungle Safari is an independent and privately operated travel agency that provides travel assistance for safari booking coordination, hotel reservations, transportation services, and customized tour packages in Ranthambore and other destinations across Rajasthan.
**We are not affiliated with the Government of Rajasthan, the Rajasthan Forest Department, or the official Ranthambore National Park booking authority.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
To process your booking, you may be required to provide accurate personal details, including your full name, contact information, travel dates, and government-issued identification where applicable.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in booking cancellation, and Rajasthan Jungle Safari will not be responsible for any resulting losses.
3. Safari Booking
We assist customers with Jeep Safari and Canter Safari booking coordination.
Safari permits are issued by the concerned government authorities according to their rules and availability. Safari confirmation cannot be guaranteed until officially confirmed.
Safari timings, safari zones, vehicle allocation, guide allocation, and permit issuance are controlled solely by the respective government authorities.
4. Hotel Reservations
Hotel bookings are subject to room availability and the policies of the selected hotel or resort.
Hotel check-in, check-out timings, cancellation rules, and refund policies are governed by the respective accommodation provider.
Guests must carry valid government-issued identification during check-in.
5. Taxi & Transportation Services
We arrange transportation services through trusted drivers and travel partners.
While every effort is made to provide timely service, Rajasthan Jungle Safari shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.
Applicable taxes, park fees, tolls, and government charges may apply depending on the selected services.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as the policies of hotels, safari authorities, transportation providers, and other third-party service providers.
Safari permits are generally non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise permitted under applicable government regulations.
