Thank you for choosing Rajasthan Jungle Safari. We strive to provide reliable travel assistance and a seamless booking experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Safari Booking Cancellation
Safari permits are issued by the concerned forest authorities and are subject to their rules and regulations. Once a safari permit is confirmed and issued, it is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where permitted under the applicable government policies. We assist only with the booking process and cannot override these rules.
If a safari booking cannot be confirmed due to permit unavailability or a technical issue before confirmation, any eligible payment received for the unconfirmed booking will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any.

Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation policies vary from one property to another. Any refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or resort. Cancellation charges imposed by the hotel, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Taxi & Transportation Cancellation
For taxi and transportation bookings:
* Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Eligible for a refund after applicable processing charges.
* Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service: Cancellation charges may apply.
* No refund will be provided for no-shows or after the service has commenced.

Tour Package Cancellation
For complete tour packages, cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date, hotel policies, transportation arrangements, and safari permit status. Any non-refundable third-party charges will be deducted before processing the refund.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Refund processing generally takes **7–10 business days**, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp along with your booking details. Cancellation requests are considered effective only after they are acknowledged by our support team.
